The courtyard is a great place to catch some rays of sun
or just relax. There are tables with umbrellas available for your enjoyment.
Please remember to lower the umbrellas after use (especially on windy days).
The bar-b-que is available for grilling but please keep the area clean and pick
up after all courtyard meals.

No Beer Kegs
Beer
kegs are strictly forbidden at the College Courtyard Apartments. Kegs are not allowed on the courtyard or in individual
apartments. All of your leases clearly state that large gatherings are
prohibited. Kegs are only for large gatherings. Please be aware that if you
bring a keg onto the property we will begin eviction proceedings immediately
Message from Michelle
Please keep in mind that many of the residents of the
College Courtyard Apartments are taking summer classes. These classes are very
intense and the need for a quiet study environment is important. Please be
considerate of your fellow residents who are “burning the midnight oil” and
limit excess noise, loud music/TV and parties. I would also like to thank each
of you for your cooperation and special effort in helping to keep the complex
clean. We continually strive to keep the complex clean, quiet and safe for all

Street Parking
If
you park on the street, new permits will be available the last week of the
month at the College Courtyard office.

As
you study for your exams does the grumble of your stomach keep you from
concentrating? A quick snack can help you quell those hunger pangs. New snack
and drink machines are available in the first floor laundry room. It’s quick,
easy and convenient.

Vacuum
A vacuum is available for your use. If you wish to borrow
our vacuum it can be checked out at the office. Please return the vacuum

Need Storage For The Summer?
The College Courtyard has storage
lockers available for rent for only $25 per month. The 4’ by 5’ lockers are
located on the second and third floors. These storage lockers are a great place
to store skis, bicycles, or camping equipment. See Michelle for more
information.
Garbage Tossing Is Not Sport
Please be considerate and
do not throw your garbage from the stairwell landing towards the dumpster. Many
times your aim is not on target and a mess is created. This is both unsightly and unsanitary. We
would appreciate your cooperation

Please be advised that if
you sublet your apartment during the summer you must have prior approval from
management.
Watch the Gate
Please be very careful when driving through the garage
gate. If the gate is going down, DO NOT try to slip under the gate. Once the
gate begins to go down it will not stop if you press the button on the garage
gate opener. It will only stop when it hits something and it could do
considerable damage to both your car and the gate if this occurs. The gate is
set to stay up an adequate amount of time for one car. You will be held
responsible for any damage if the camera shows that you tried to slip through
the gate inappropriately.

Laundry Rooms
Please
be considerate of your neighbors and do not leave your clothes in the washers
or dryers unattended after the washing and drying cycle
No Stacked Parking
Some of our neighboring apartment
complexes (to the west and north) have stacked/tandem parking. One car is
parked in front of the other. Can you imagine needing to go somewhere and the
owner of the car behind you is nowhere to be found? That won't happen at the
College Courtyard. All of our residents have single garage or permit street
parking.
Security is Important
Security at the College Courtyard
Apartments is a priority. All of our entrances are under 24 hour video
surveillance. Recently we installed additional gates and barriers to make the
complex even more secure. At night the College Courtyard Apartments are very
well lit and there are no dark corners. We encourage our residents to monitor
carefully who is buzzed into the courtyard
